Rich, rude neighbours.?

I have been at my tiny bedsit for two years now and for one and a half years said nothing to my neighbours about their rudeness toward me. We share a driveway. They used my clothesline without asking, used my carpark with noisy cars at 2am and woke me up several times, put their compost bin at the back of my place without asking, blocked the driveway. When I had had enough and retaliated they got stroppy and now they don't do these things but they don't talk to me either. The wife thinks I am nothing as I am not rich like her and I do not have the social standing that she does. I have never had parties, made a noise or a bother, kept my property clean and tidy. I know I am poor but I manage as I work hard. Their teenage son roars up and down the driveway at all hours, parks his car outside my bedroom with his stereo blaring. I have given up and I have ear plugs now. Please do not say move as I can afford this little place. The son drove his car into my building and did not apol
