Is this vulvodynia??? help lol?

well for the past month or so i've been getting all types of pains around my . 80% of the time, the pain is sharp, but sometimes it can be achy or something else. the only reason i think it's vulvodynia is because i dont have bad discharge, my looks healthy, and im not ually active so it cant be an sti. i also think its vulvodynia because the pain is always in a different place. sometimes the pain can spread to my rectum, sometimes i get the pain in my labias, sometimes it can be around my oris and sometimes its in my mons pubis. the pain usually only last for a few seconds, and i only get it a few times a day. WHAT IS IT????????? i suffer from piles - do they cause l pain?? ugh idk but basically there is nothing wrong with my urine or anything either. i suffer from IBS so i've been putting it down to that, but people say they only get dull aches down there from IBS - not sharp pains. someone please help lol. also - i'm 17
