Is this a bit severe: "Dentist fined for grabbing patient's dentures"?

Any hard-working person trying to make a living and being repeatedly ripped off by people who think the world owes them would have sympathy for the poor dentist. There are people who think that just because painters cannot take back their paint once it's dried, plumbing cannot be re-blocked once they are cleared, etc., that they don't have to pay up for the job done. If you have been in the shoes of a professional or tradesman who have been done, you will have no sympathy for the woman. Hopefully, she will never get another dentist to treat her again.
