What will happen If i enter mecca disguised as an arab ??!!?

Disguising yourself as an Arab won't change a thing unless you can also convince them that you are a Muslim. The official punishment is one thing. Finding yourself surrounded by a Muslim crowd of several million is another, especially if they find out you're there under false pretences with the intention of stealing something from the Kaaba.
