My ex husband in our divorce decree it said that $1million his life insurance goes to our daughter, we got divorce in 03. Since then I remarried and her remarried as well. Yesterday, we were talking about life insurance and his wife told me she is the beneficiary I asked him and he said she will take care of our daughter, and he said that his lawyer sent him a letter 1week after the divorce was finalized and told him he could change his beneficiary which he did. He also has a 1yr son with his wife and he is not on the policy either he said. He just scaned me a copy of the letter that his lawyer sent which states what told me that could changed it with in 30days which he did change it to his dad and when married his new wife he changed it to her.
