Please give me an opinion..SHOULD I BE UPSET AT HIM ABOUT THIS?

Im 19 my bf is 22. We have been together almost three years. We both work and go to school. I work Mon Wed Fri nite he works Tues Thurs and Sat til 6 so we don't see each other a lot at all. We look forward to Sat. eve when were finally both free. He lives at home and has only his cell phone bill to pay. Mom pays gas, car insurance and food. He recently (few months ago) took a part-time job at an upscale sungl store. AWhen he comes home on Sat by six he NEVER wants to do anything (like out to eat/movie) so we usually just hang out. The past three saturdays he went in a 9 expecting to leave by 5 or 6. They are short handed and ask him to work and he does. So he doesnt get home til 10. I feel it's a "going no where" job anyway so he should open his mouth and say "I have a girlfriend I don't see all week and a life so I can't". But, he doesn't. He works 12+ hours. I feel he is putting this pointless job before seeing me and at one point I switched my sat. to fri nite so I could see him and now I can't anyway until 11. When we do (once in a blue moon) go somewhere I pay half. I really upset that he isn't putting seeing me before a 12 hour shift at a sungl hut! Who works 12 hours without a complaint unless it's just to help out once in a while. Please tell me what you think.
