Millions of tiny slivers in the hands?

i have recieved an electric shock with millions of fiber gl and rubber slivers through out my body now i got shot 3.4 yrs ago with a compressor tht had these particals in it now a year later i got an electric shock when changing a bulb, now i have been pullin theses hair sized particals from deep in my flesh i am wondering if there is a pill out there tht will disintergrate these pesky particals? cause there is still thousands of em', thank you for listening to my unique story, i guess my next question is does ne 1 else out there have this condition?
