Does true love means to boys?

Any guy who is a celebrity has got many girls after him,many of them stunningly beautiful,smart and talented too.I believe the guy loves me.We were clmates,though we never talked to each other but we used to look at each other.i once let him know that i love him,he said he dosnt love me,but we became friends.Now,six years down the lane,still his frens tease him by my name.I am going to be married,i do not resist marriage as i want to get a partner because i feel so lonely.So should i tell him about this so that if he has anything in his mind,he can tell me,or should i leave the topic since a guy should come by himself if he loves a girl and i sholud not keep thinking about keep on coaxing him to say that.Does he love me?
