Please help? i don't know wut to do?

I don't know where the birthmark is or how big or small it is. That doesn't matte though. What matters is you are yourself and happy with who that is. We are all unique and special individuals and birthmark on the shell you were born in has nothing to do with who you are. True friends, people that are worth being around will not give your birthmark and second glance or consideration. They will like you for you and want to be around you for you. If they are shallow enough to say something or not want to be around you because of it, then they are not someone you want to be around are they?
