do you mean 'take the piss out of someone' if so it can mean a few things,firstly for instance your in work you can take the piss out of your boss by not working and getting paid for it.you can also take th piss by making fun of someone,also you can take the piss by doing something really stupid. thats what it means in liverpool anyway
