Why does it have to be the other way around ? Why should the religion be banished from the Governmental system?

What does that even mean? How, actually, can you ban "not believing in a god" from the government system? How would you like to be forced to worship Jesus? THINK!!! Atheism is not a religion! It is the absence of religion.
