Where can I skydive at age 17 near Arkansas or Kansas?

My best friend has always wanted to go skydiving on her 18th birthday and I want to take her. The only problem is I'm only 17 and can't find many places who accept people under 18. I know there's a place in Oklahoma but I'd perfer somewhere closer to Arkansas or Kansas. Does anyone know of skydiving places for minors in these regions?
