What would Jesus have done if someone pee'd through his letterbox?

Following the unfortunate incident recently in Rochdale, whereby a tenant killed someone whom he caught peeing through his front-door letterbox, we could ask ourselves what we would do in the same cirstance. For guidance, perhaps we should ask what Jesus would do in the cirstance if it happened to Him, and use his response as a model for our own behaviour should we find ourselves in such a situation.
