What has happened to the blk. paint on my car !?

had my black car washed @ an automatic drive- thru wash. I paid for superior (the works) wash. Afterwords, the paint and trim looked as if it had oi;y residue on it. ( reminds me of rainwater in gutters, w/ the swirly rainbow oily appearance) I drove back to the car wash to show the attendants.They hand washed my car but it didn't help. The owner showed up $ stated that he'd never seen this happen. He told me to take the car next wk, to the ford dealership he owns & they will detail it. The paint looks like it might be oxidizing. Does anyone know what or why this happened? P.S. When I went back to the c/w only self service wash was opened.. both automatic driv thru's were closed.. due to problems)
