How much does each individual taxpayer pay for inmates in CA?

way too damn much...but hard time for small crimes was designed through the courts & corporations that inmates work for in labor prisons... so they could take jobs from those outside the walls...on top of that ..make them pay for it all...its just another way of covertly squeezing the little guy... while the big corps always win without any rules.
