Drink driving?

OK--the proof is in the test that showed his level was above the legal limit--First of all--one drink can impair judgement. Do you really expect us to believe that your friend was the first in over one hundred years of motorized vehicles to NOT deserve a summons for driving drunk?? A driver with a crappy attitude is what he is----the sob story makes NO difference at all. Drunks never have the story right anyway. He obviously was impaired for NOT being able to control his car--if he was sober he would have successfully figured out how to swerve without hitting other cars. He COULD have injured or killed other people--- instead he damaged cars ---THIS TIME. This gentleman has a lot to learn---especially about being responsible for his actions. Why would anyone feel sorry for him?? He will have to find a job that is close to home or take public transportation. So what is so hard about that??
