Corporatism is currently the biggest threat to the U.S. political system. T/F?

Please note: Corporatism is different from capitalism. Corporatism is the opposite of free market capitalism. Under corporatism, the economy is a fixed game. Corporatism is actually an element of fascism in which corporations and government are in bed with one another to the point where you cannot tell them apart. In this system, corporations own both major political parties. In a system of corporatism, corporations own the politicians by heavily financing their campaigns. In return, they expect pro-corporate legislation to be introduced and put in place when the politicians who are owned by the corporations get in office. Also, under this system there is what is referred to as a "revolving door". This means that the heads of corporations are appointed by the politicians they own to control and oversee government agencies. Corporatists also control the military industrial complex and they determine when and where the nation will go to war next so they can ultimately profit greatly from the conflict. Corporatists also order the government they own to save them or bail them out when their corporations fail, such as in 2008. In effect, the government merely becomes a tool for the corporations. The corporations fool the public by giving them the illusion that they actually have some say in political matters, when in reality, the corporations are much more powerful than both the citizens and the government.
