Indie/rock/acoustic music?

My iPod is filled with bands like All Time Low, You Me At Six, Secondhand Serenade, Biffy Clyro and so on but I feel like these bands are aiming at 14 year olds. I am 19 and would like to find some new bands that are in my sort of age group within these genres. Any help please!?
